Our Global Mining Group is comprised of the industry’s finest technical and engineering team. Through our comprehensive Tire Management Program, we develop a wide range of on-site services, from managing and maintain the customer’s tire program, to value-added consulting and customer education/training programs.

For tire management to work, and work well, both the mine site operations and Purcell Tire must establish mutual agreement around a consistency of purpose. This consists of two basic activities:
A cooperative and collaborative effort between an operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel with Purcell Tire’s account manager and tire service technicians will provide the proper environment and best work practices for achieving continual improvement of products, services, and processes.
The best one way to achieve continual improvement in a tire management program is to eliminate waste. We will quantify the current state of each critical process and the metrics contained within each and then establish a plan for reaching the desired future state that will help us accomplish our mutual goals. We focus on Key Performance Indicators and Critical Success Factors to define, measure, and report on our progress and a mine site’s success.
